At Modern Living LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality EZGO golf carts, including Liberty, RXV, TXT, Elite, Express, and custom models. Your satisfaction is our priority, and our return and refund policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.
Returns:
We accept returns on defective or damaged carts within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the cart must be in the same condition as received, with all original accessories and documentation. Custom orders may have specific return conditions; please contact us for details.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange a cart for the same model or a different model, contact us at contact@modernlivingllc.store. We will provide instructions and assist with shipping arrangements.
Non-Returnable Items:
Carts damaged by misuse or accidents
Items missing parts or accessories not included at delivery
Custom modifications unless defective
